This scheme for a 35 sqm two storey extension creates an open plan kitchen dining family space, whilst at first floor it adds an ensuite shower room and dressing room to the Master bedroom. Various options were explored with the Client before deciding on a solution that places the extension at the side and has a minimal impact on the garden and neighbours.
